By posting content on our platform, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content for platform operation and improvement.

Payments & Refunds

Tournament Fees

• All entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament begins
• Refunds for cancelled tournaments will be processed automatically
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers

Prize Distribution

• Prizes are distributed within 7 business days of tournament completion
• We reserve the right to withhold prizes for violations
• Tax responsibilities lie with the prize recipient

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GamiKonnect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
